Is there an equivalent to the features:refreshurl in fabric and profile?
Issue
A characteristic of a maven snapshot is that it can be updated in the maven repository (keeping the same versionid, besides the groupid and artifactid).
When the snapshot artifact is already downloaded to the fabric from a remote in-house maven repository, and the artifact is updated in the repository, how can the fabric be triggered to download it again, as part of the profile.
Is there an equivalent to the features:refreshurl in fabric and profile?
