curl: Socket not ready for send
Issue
Curl doesn't work properly through the proxy (with --proxytunnel) while connecting to a remote FTPS server.
In place of successful negotiation the following messages are received:
... output omitted...
* Proxy replied OK to CONNECT request
* Initializing NSS with certpath: sql:/etc/pki/nssdb
* Closing connection 0
curl: (81) Socket not ready for send/recv
