Why Director does not configure neutron metadata_workers as per recommendations ?
Issue
- Director deploys environment with neutron metadata_workers equal to the neutron api workers .
- Director deploys neutron metadata_workers equal to the number of cores , where as the neutron.conf doc text suggests to set half the number of cpu cores .
