Business Central is getting slow with several operations

Issue

Business Central is getting slow with several operations, such as :

• When downloading spreadsheet(Excel) files, white page is shown for a while in right pain
• When editing or closing some assets with its editor, lock icon in left pain is not shown/removed for a while.
• After building and deploying a project, and refreshing the page, process editor looks hangs with the loading icon and sometimes does not even open.
  At that point, we can see that EAP is consuming high CPU.
• Business Central is very slow, it takes minutes to open a rule or test scenario.
