Fine grained control about host interfaces
Issue
- Satellite 6 does not create TFTP PXE boot files for interfaces having only the Provisioning flag. To have it created also the Managed flag must be set.
- For a user 'managed' has two different elements that are independent:
- creating the DNS and DHCP entries
- configuring the interface during the kickstart
