Can a reactivation key be used in combination with a second activation key?
Issue
If a reactivation key is generated and used with a second key, the system will only subscribed to the software child channel of that second key.
Result: Only the child channel from the new activation key is available
Expected: all the previous child channel + the channel from new activation key
