Adding a new host failed with error :"Required SwitchType is not reported"
Issue
When attempting to add a new host to RH(E)V, the following error is observed:
2017-02-14 07:36:31,359 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.vdsbroker.VdsManager] (DefaultQuartzScheduler5) [] Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Required SwitchType is not reported.
