What are the minimum privileges required for a RHEV provider?

Issue

We have tested ClouForms and we are able to create machines using the RHEV with administrator privileges .
However, we want to use CloudForms with RHEV with less than administrator privileges on a production environment.

We need to know what minimum privileges does the RHEV user need to be able to operate with all functionalities of CF (refresh and create VMs)
