"No package(s) available to install" when all errata scheduled to apply on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 system
Issue
- no packages install after scheduling all applicable errata

rhn_check and event history on system profile says "Failed: Packages failed to install properly: No package(s) available to install" (code 32)
-
"yum update" hangs after successfully updating some packages, with "rpmdb: unable to lock mutex: Invalid argument" errors
