One of Volume group is missing

Issue

• Volume group (vg_san) not showing in one of our production server but logical volume (lv_san) exits:

# vgdisplay -vv | grep -ir vg_san 
<No output> 

# vgscan -vvv | grep -i vg_san
<No output>
