[RHDS] The shadowExpire attribute does return the correct value

Issue

• We just update RHDS10.0 to RHDS10.1 but we see that beside shadowlastchange also shadowexpire will change.
• Is there a way to not automatically change the shadowexpire attribute when shadowlastchange will change?
• When the shadowexpire attribute is set not only the password will be expire but also the user account will be disabled.
