C5 & C6 CPU states not used in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Beta 1
Issue
Running powertop, it doesn't look like the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 kernel puts the CPU in C5 or C6. However, the fedora kernel appears to spent almost all of its time there.
