Issue
- firewalld fails to load the service files having 'sctp' protocol definitions
- firewall-cmd --reload throws the following error in /var/log/firewalld
ERROR: Failed to load service file '/etc/firewalld/services/tomcat.xml': INVALID_PROTOCOL: 'sctp' not from {'tcp'|'udp'}
ERROR: INVALID_SERVICE: tomcat
