Oracle Database Cluster Segfaulting

Issue

  • After SAN maintenance and server shutdown, when bringing up our Oracle database and applying the archive logs, we are getting the following exception:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux, version 5.5
  • 4 node Oracle database Veritas SFRAC cluster.
