Satellite 6: Unable to upload puppet module/files

Issue

• Uploading the puppet module using hammer fails with below error:

# hammer repository upload-content --id 32 --product "Puppet Modules" --organization-id 1 --path test/pkg/test-0.1.0.tar.gz

Error we get: 
Could not upload the content:
Error: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /root/puppetscripts/test/manifests/test/pkg/test-0.1.0.tar.gz
