skyring fails to start with "Unable to initialize DB" in /var/log/skyring/skyring.log on Red Hat Storage Console 2
Issue
- After a
skyring-setup,skyringfails to start with the following seen in/var/log/skyring/skyring.log
2017-02-24T13:05:09.832-05:00 CRITICAL db.go:41 InitDBSession] Error: no reachable servers
2017-02-24T13:05:09.832-05:00 ERROR skyring.go:532 InitializeApplication] Unable to initialize DB
2017-02-24T13:05:09.832-05:00 CRITICAL main.go:210 start] Unable to initialize the application. err: no reachable servers
- The
skyringservice is still running persystemctl status skyring - Accessing http://hostname.example.com/skyring results in a Connection Refused error.
