SAPHanaTopology resource agent in pacemaker throws error: version `LIBXML2_2.9.0' not found (required by /lib64/libxslt.so.1)
Issue
Following messages can be seen in the logs and both SAPHanaTopology and SAPHana resource are not working correctly in cluster.

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 with the High Availability Add-On with Pacemaker
- SAP HANA SPS12
- SAPHana resource agents prior to version 0.152.17
