Quota QoS scope restrictions on projects
Issue
- We would like to be able to specify on a project level (unmodified through project admin), what QoS scopes (https://docs.openshift.com/enterprise/latest/admin_guide/quota.html#quota-scopes) a project team my define on their pods.
