How to customize user role and permissions in business-central in BRMS / BPM Suite 6 ?

Issue

• We're trying to create a new role in our system and setup customized user permissions in BRMS business-central, how to do that ?
• From this solution article it appears workbench-policy.properties can be used to customize the user role / permission, do we have any instruction with exact steps ?
• While trying to create custom roles for the user, I am trying to restrict or deny features like project authoring, Artifact repository, Plugin management etc., but there's not much documentation on the items and values in workbench-policy.properties file.
