On a minimal Openstack Platform 10 overcloud, a reboot of the controller node causes errors while creating volumes

Issue

• Update this first if you've deployed a minimal Openstack Platform 10 overcloud.
• Should I rely on the default cinder back-end storage created as part of the minimal overcloud install when there is no specific storage ?
• I have not configured any specific storage back-end and using the defaults for the storage back-end, what do I need to take care of ?
