Issue

  • After upgrading RHV-H hypervisor to version 4.0 (20170201), service ovirt-imageio-daemon fails to start.
  • In the Events tab in RHV Manager the following message is reported:

  • Adding a new host in the RHV environment fails with the following error messages in the logs:

    # less /var/log/ovirt-engine/host-deploy/ovirt-host-deploy.log
