Issue
- After using SetUID to bind ports 80 with non-root privilege, httpd could not start with below error.
$JWS_HOME/httpd/sbin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libaprutil-jws3-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
