After running as stackrc credentials Tempest cleanup run deleted all resources on the environment, is there a way to recover?

Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.
Openstack-tempest before 13.0.0-11.
stackrc or any other privileged admin overcloud credentials not related to tenant projects.
