High memory usage compared to another server with same configuration
Issue

We are observing high memory utilization on one RHEL 5.7 server. System report almost 40% of 190GB memory usage (this is after subtracting buffers and caches) without any application services running on it.

While we compare with another RHEL 5.7 server where application is running with exactly same configuration, the memory usage looks to be having huge difference.
