Issue

When deploying a Windows 2008R2 baremetal node using Ironic on a Dell PowerEdge R730, it freezes on the Windows logo/progress bar on first boot.
While in this state, if the mouse is moved a little, the Enter key is pressed or the server is manually rebooted, it will successfully reach the initial boot configuration process
When deploying a Windows 2008R2 baremetal node using Ironic on a Dell PowerEdge R720, it doesn't freezes on the Windows logo/progress bar on first boot
