Issue
- A Start job is running for "dev-mapper-rhel\x2droot.device" after updating system to RHEL 7.3
- Post Patching to RHEL 7.3, server hangs on error "A Start job is running for dev-mapper-rhel\x2droot.device" and does not boot.
