How do I specify a truststore for a Java Web Start application?

Issue

Our Java Web Start based application is running into a SSL Handshake issue with our security certificates.
We don't know where to set the following client-side JVM launch arguments for the client's trustStore:

-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=ima.truststore
-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=imapassword
```
