Unable to deploy dasbuilder.war without business-central.war on an EAP 7 instance

Issue

• While users try to deploy the dashbuilder.war on an EAP 7 instance they get some errors which indicate that Dashbuilder application is looking for some business-central related dependencies during deployment. And when they add business-central.war to the same instance it works perfectly fine.
• User wants that the Dashbuilder application should run as independent application. Is there a way to do that?
