[RHEL 5.5] insmod mptctl.ko fails if insmod/rmmod mptctl.ko is repeated

Issue

• If a successive execution of insmod/rmmod mptctl.ko conflicts with other module's insmod/rmmod (ex. mptfc.ko), insmod mptctl.ko fails:
