MRG-M: allow ssl cert database to be reloaded

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Changing the ssl-truststore in MRG-M is not recognized by qpidd
  • It is desirable in some circumstances to update the contents of qpidd's certificate database without restarting, e.g. to add in a new certificate. It appears that NSS caches the contents of the database on init, and does not see
    any changes after that.
  • Although using the SQL nss backend, the changes of the truststore are not reflected in the application without doing a restart.

Environment

  • Red Hat Entrprise Linux (RHEL) 6 up to RHEL 6.4
  • MRG messaging (MRG-M)
