lvm relocation errors are seen in /var/log/messages
Issue
- Errors like
/usr/sbin/lvm: relocation error: /usr/sbin/lvm: symbol dm_tree_node_size_changed, version DM_1_02_110 not defined in file libdevmapper.so.1.02 with link time reference
are seen in the logs.
Subsequently pvscan service fails.
systemd: Stopped LVM2 PV scan on device 8:2.
systemd: Unit lvm2-pvscan@8:2.service entered failed state.
systemd: lvm2-pvscan@8:2.service failed.
