The zone information for a RHCS RGW zone is not fetchable from another zone within the same zone-group.

Issue

• Within the same zone group, a cluster of a specific zone cannot fetch its zone information from clusters in another zone.

• Even though the realm and zone-group information is synced across the clusters in different zones within the same zone-group, zone information is not available.

• The zone_info.{zone-id} object is not part of a pull scenario from other zones.

• This is required for disaster recovery when a total loss of all radosgw information in one cluster in a zone happens. Since the zone information is not available with any other cluster in other zones, it is not possible to recover.
