JON Agent does not discover EWS instance when started with a different user
Issue
- JON agents are not reporting back metrics
- If agent is running with different operating system account ID then the JBoss server resource no metrics are collected for that JBoss server resource
- Tomcat instance is not being auto-discovered when started by a different user than the JON Agent
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (JON) 3.x
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network Agent 3.x
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS) running under a different operating system user account then the JON Agent
- Installed EWS Plug-In Pack for JON 3.x
- Target server resource has not yet been inventoried into JON
