Why xfs filesystem is not checked at boot ?

- Filesystem check for
xfsis enabled inside/etc/fstab, but filesystem was not checked at boot. - What is the significance of sixth field in
/etc/fstabforxfsfilesystem? - Does
xfsrequire filesystem check at boot?
