[Fixed] '#heketi-cli volume list' output does not show mapping between volume name and volume ID
Issue
The output of the following command is currently missing the mapping between the volume name and volume ID:
#heketi-cli volume list
The command only lists the volume ID, which makes it difficult for an admin to determine which volume the ID relates to.
