[Satellite 6] Docker repository creation fails with error message "duplicate resource: default_organization-containers".
Issue
- When trying to create docker repository on Red Hat Satellite 6 server it fails with an error message
duplicate resource: default_organization-containers.
But can't see the same repository inside product on webui neither withhammer repository list --organization-id <id> --content-type docker.
