While creating VM, 'OK' button need to be pressed twice and 'graphical protocol' does not work correctly.

Issue

• After upgrading RHV_Manager from 4.0.2.7 to 4.0.5.5, while creating VMs, there are following issues:
  • Select for the graphics protocol --> SPICE + VNC --> have a refresh of the screen and there is a new box to select the vnc keyboard layout. (It does not appear.)
  • Create a new disk and press OK button. In the first time press, the button does nothing or there is an error message on the top as below. The second time i press "ok" it continuous.
