Fabric8 Maven Plugin deploy does not remove/replace the old bundle version.

Issue

• When we run fabric8:deploy for the same profile but different bundle version 1.1. The profile created does not remove/replace the old version 1.0. Profile contains both the version 1.0 and 1.1 of the same bundle.
