Issue

  • I tried to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 on zLinux (s390x architecture) with a kickstart file including a configuration for bootable partition on MD raid. But, the installation failed with the following error.
Bootable partition cannot be on a RAID device.
  • Is it possible to create a bootable partition on the MD raid in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6?
