Why /sys filesystem goes into read-only mode in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 that runs Docker ?

Issue

• /sys filesystem going into read-only mode

# cat /proc/mounts | grep -i "/sys" 
   sysfs /sys sysfs ro,relatime 0 0

• If /sys is remounting in "rw" mode then, after, sometime it is again getting remounted as "ro"

 # mount -o remount,rw /sys
