Cannot connect to CS8 wizard after the wizard was interrupted
Issue
- The CS8 wizard was interrupted waiting on the cert to come back from an external CA.
- Firefox will not connect to the certificate configuration wizard.
Environment
- Red Hat Certificate System 8.0
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- a Hardware Security Module (HSM) is being used for the Data Recovery Module
