RHV: Guest LV suddenly went missing
Issue
- After rebooting guests, it would fail to mount a LV from the fstab.
- A VG is missing within the Guest
- After migrating the Virtual Disk from one Storage Domain to another Guest LVM went missing.
- After performing LVM changes within the Guest, LV/VG went missing.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 3.x
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Hosts
- Red Hat Virtualization 6 Hypervisors
- Preallocated/RAW Disks with Guest PVs using the whole disks (not on partitions)
