Why can't I see any Puppet reports from the hosts in my Satellite 6?

At "
All hosts" most of the listed hosts either don't have any report under "Last report" column or have old (already deleted) reports, but no recent Puppet report is available. -
When inspecting the details of a host, the "
Reports" button under "Details" is missing.
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 6.2.
- Custom hook for Puppet reports at
/usr/share/foreman/config/hooks/config_report/after_create/.
