RHV: After upgrade to 3.6, Admin Portal has several empty fields
Issue
- We can't see the views of the left panel when i select DC, Cluster, Storage., etc., showing "No items to display"
- When filtering by DC or Cluster, no items are populated in the views.
- When trying to migrate VM, it doesn't show any Host to select.
- Was working on RHV 3.5, before upgrading to 3.6.
