Issue

When trying to add an existing cluster to the Conga interface, we get the following error message:

Unable to communicate with the ricci agent on <hostname>:  Error reading from <hostname>:111111:  timeout

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 with the High Availability Add On
Conga is used to manage the cluster including
- luci to manage cluster configuration
- ricci as an agent running on the cluster nodes to communicate to luci
