Kdump only generates vmcore-dmesg.txt due to an erroneous entry in makedumpfile's command line

Issue

Kdump is not generating a vmcore with the below line in kdump.conf:
```
core_collector makedumpfile -d 31 –c
```
/var/crash only contains vmcore-dmesg.txt after testing Kdump.
