Deployment script for Red Hat Fuse on Karaf

Issue

• Below suggestion would also work for standalone, fabric commands wouldn't be available with standalone environment.
• Suggestion required for creating fabric deployment script for fabric environment setup.

e.g; example of manual steps for fabric environment setup:

• Step1: We have three root containers all are in remote machines root1,root2,root3 each root container will have 3 child containers child1,child2,child3.
• Step2: Create fabric on root1.
• Step3: Create root2 as a ssh container on remote host.
• Step4: Create root3 as a ssh container on remote host.
• Step5: Add ensemble root2 and root3 from root1
• Step6: Create child containers(child1,child2,child3) in root1,root2,root3.
