Issue

There is no support of IPv6 TCP connection tracking in the firewall. Therefore it is not possible connect two applications when one of them is uses ephemeral port.
netfilter (iptables/ip6tables) does not include stateful connection tracking support for IPv6 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.
ip6tables -A INPUT -m state --match RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT is not honored in RHEL5
