On the clients registered to the Capsule server fail to apply the puppet class "access_insights", fails with error "Error 400 on SERVER: Could not find class access_insights_client for agent.example.com"

Issue

• The Insights puppet module is bundled with the Red Hat Access plugin and is only installed on the main Satellite server and does not exist in the Capsule environment.

Running puppet agent on client fails with below error
