Why does NFSv4 mounted filesystem loses syncronisation with the export ?

Server is configured by using following entries in
/etc/exports/exports/share 192.168.0.0/24(no_root_squash,rw,no_subtree_check,fsid=0) -
When a file is updated on client, not able to see the same contents on the server and vice versa.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- NFSv4
